Does Neca have any plans to re-issue Hicks and Hudson? Especially since with the Alien Ripley figures, the production pieces seemed better with that series. Cast in flesh tone rather than painted (or at least, that's how it seemed).

They were asked about this recently and Randy said he would see if there was a way to do it - rerelease them that is - whether they'd be better quality than before is another thing. I share that hope myself, I always felt they were a little flimsy and lower quality than later figures - messy paint, wobbly joints.

I hope they can find a way. Maybe they could release them with Helmets this time.

With as much interest in the series, people customizing etc. I wonder whats the chances of an accessories pack being offered. (IE rifle, helmets, motion tracker, welder ) years ago Mcfarlane offered a weapons pack for the military line that is worth gold now.

Not being particularly aware of the rest of the Neca lines other than Terminator, the Aliens franchise seems to get the most attention,be it product request/ complaints.

Okay that Albino Alien picture clears it up. It is just a repaint with a 'new appendage'. Ugh.

a-dev, that pre-order list is glorious! :hi5:

It's really neat to think that you can get all of those fantastic figures on that list for the price of one 1/6 figure. :lol

Well shipping costs (and multiples purchased in some cases) still make it expensive enough but yeah - multiple figures, from licenses that have stood the test of time. NECA are truly destroying Hot Toys for me these days.

Now you just need Neca to make Avatar and Titanic figures and you're all set. :lol

:lol

Ultimate Jack and Ultimate Rose figures when?

With ''the drawing'' scene diorama??? I'm in.

Time to move to the USA a-dev.

I'd buy some Neca Avatar figures. The film had some cool designs, weapons, and costumes. It was very James Cameron.

Yeah I guess you're right....

What a lineup. Hard to complain. But....I will! A few thoughts:

-The albino. Wow. Just um...wow? Can't say that is something I'd ever have asked for.

-The marines. What is up with the brown jungle boots?! Easy fix but crimminy. It is clearly on purpose at this point. They weren't brown. They didnt "look brown on screen". They werent THAT dirty. How come they continue to be brown?!

-Where are their knives? Frost and Vaz had the same knife as Hicks. Vaz had it tied to her boot (completely missing) and Frost had it dangling from his belt on his left pelvis area. Looks like they kept a strap there, so where is the knife?

-Removable helmet FINALLY. We all knew it was a BS stance (the figures with helmets all had sculpted hair under the glue, Randy! We KNOW your "won't work" defense was hooey!). Glad they got that sorted.

-Good job on Frost's helmet. They corrected the abomination of Hudson's helmet (wrong color scheme on the cover and wrong band color).

-Wrong sleeves for Frost. He had his with a loose roll up to his forearms, not all the way down like the Windrix sleeves they reused.

-Frost's 'dump bag' is a mixed bag. He didn't wear it like a satchel/purse. He actually had the strap under his armor so that it was very tight against his hip. I think gluing it to his belt would have been a better look. I guess it is ok since it is now easier to turn it into a med bag for my custom Dietrich. Just saying.

-Would have been nice to get a sling on the flamethrower, but beggars can't be chosers.

Overall, love the progress. The advancements far outweigh the shortcomings and I am grateful. I hope we get Drake and Gorman in 2017, but until then I will be content and happy the line has given us what it has.

Ditto, not exactly screen accurate but the fact the Neca is giving us figures I never thought we'd get is fine by me. I'll give Frost one of my extra motion trackers and a sling for his flamethower and be thankful. I'm getting an extra frost just for custom bits so i can give bishop his dump bag, my custom Apone his VP70 & holster and I'll find something to do with the rest. I'm tempted just to buy a case of wave 9 and sell of the aliens except 1 to keep.
