Private Vasquez: All right. We got seven canisters of CM-20. I say we roll them in there and nerve gas the whole ****in' nest.
I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure...

My toys r us got the new alien series in and I purchased Vasquez. She came out amazing. I hope the new Hicks and Hudson 2 pack uses the same skin injection method as the new female releases from the line.

Her right foot is not fully pushed into the ankle peg correctly. Anyone else had this issue? Not sure if it will snap into position. Damn.

Extremely common and, to me, infuriating problem with these articulated figures from NECA. Not sure it's the ankle though. I think it's something going on inside the hips.

Just opened up two more Sarah Connors today with the same issue, a ridiculous leg length discrepancy.

Damn really. That's not good. I will wiggle the hip and see if I can pop it in correctly. Here's hoping!

I've got 3 and mine are all perfect, it's got to be at the hip or knee. Let us know if you get it fixed.

i didn't even check mine, because anyway all my human figures put against aliens won't stand on straight legs.

So I finally got around with contacting Neca about my warped Alien/IM legs, also included my pics in my email to them.

They said heat with blowdryer and problem will be resolved.

I told them that I have already attempted the heating trick....every NECA collector has used heat on their figures at one time or another.

No answer from them....silence.

So I gave it 24 hours and contacted them again asking if they read my response.

They wrote back and once again said for me to heat with blow dryer followed with an immediate spray burst of cold compressed air.

I have also used that method with no success, as soon as weight is placed on the knee joint and lower legs it goes right back to the warped position.

Oh well I already knew where it would go with NECA, I just wanted to bring it to their attention that their LOYAL fans are very concerned with $104.00 figures having this problem just a few weeks after purchase.

Shame they just don't do the right thing and replace these figures instead of making collectors do repair tricks.

now they will tell you that you spoiled your figure with a blowdryer and will show some instruction about avoiding that :rotfl

Maybe they know that the replacement will ultimately end up having the same problem. It's a lost cause until they start using tougher plastic for the Aliens.

lololololol

Sorry but you have now voided your warranty lol

True but a temporary fix would make me feel better lol

You know if Samsung has to recall their phones that blow up and Honda has to recall their cars with bad airbags NECA needs to recall their figures that warp.

To be fair, I just contacted their customer service team a couple days ago about my broken NECA Joker (the joints deteriorated and snapped at the hips) and they've sent me two replacement figures, free of charge.

I'm guessing 7" is alot easier for them to swallow the figure/shipping cost and probably easier available at their disposal than my 2 1/4 figures

I'll probably write them back tomorrow and ask what's next lol.
