Cool! Any chance of some pics? I was basically thinking of the Horrorclix AVP line and Eureka miniatures' Alien Hunters, albeit neither of those is really 28mm...

Of course, they're going to be out to cash in on PREDATORS' theatrical release.

Wow, did someone just bring up the big figures argument again (just noticed the last page)?

@Maulfan: This makes me wonder when the original movie figures are coming... And I would be very curious to see how their unmasked P2 looks. Lots of small painted details there, so fingers crossed.

Well at the moment, the P2 hasn't even been sculpted, so PREDATORS, P1 and P2 Elder are all we can safely look forward to. I would guess the P1 and Elder would come within a few months after the other figures, give them time to clear off the shelves, and odds are, PREDATORS will hit BR/DVD in the fall, I doubt it'll stay in theaters long, so releasing more figures around that time would further cash in on the hype.

Huh. I didn't know the P2 hasn't been started. I'd actually expect the P1 and P2 Elder soonest, even before the Predators figures. Afterall, they're from the oldest films and were also displayed at Toyfair. Think it's safe to say it won't be too long.

Yeah, but from what Tankman's said, they've been at work on the PREDATORS figures, I think they showed P1 and Elder at Toy Fair because FOX is probably taking a lot of control over what is shown and when for the movie. P1 and P2 have been out for a long time so NECA could show off those figures at TF just to let the industry know what they were up to while PREDATORS are the figures being first released. I'm expecting PREDATORS figures first, then P1 and Elder later, and if we're lucky, P2 after that.

Same here. I just cleared out some of the NECA stuff I'm selling off my shelf. Reminds me of how much I need those Preds to fill in the space.

My guess is May/June for PREDATORS shots with the movie out in July, maybe we'll get more on P1 and P2 Elder soon too, would be nice, I'd take even a release date just to have a clue when we're waiting until.

I've been playing with the fine cut and I'm looking so forward to the figures and the movie. These Preds are something new and they should be fun to see in the movie.

I'm sorry if this has been addressed, I'm sure it has been, but how are the final versions of the P1 and P2 Elder looking? I mean the versions that will hit retail.
