well, no matter how it's assembled, it WORKS after you fix it, right?
tsang sculptes it all as one piece. ergo - ̶z̶e̶r̶o̶ ̶l̶e̶g̶ ̶a̶r̶t̶i̶c̶u̶l̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶̶ predators looking like cheerleaders in skirts on all photos.
had to take mine off and glue it in another position, didn't risk to glue to the leg yet.

i see that hip armor mistake as often as ED-209's twisted cannons.
is there no way to put it right, is it sculpted like this forever?

Can you elaborate on the hip armor issue? I'm not seeing it. Is there an assembly issue?

i'll try to describe it without drawing as i don't have time now to edit and upload images, sorry.
predators have pieces of soft material going from their belts to their hips - and hip armor that is attached to those stripes over them, not under them.

now check this:

that round piece that covers the "metal" hip plate should be put under it.

My hip flap came properly on mine... but the damned conputer lid was broken in box, the hinge itself was broken. Other issues Ive noticed are really loose joints in the abs and cant have the cannon up will the masked head on.

I just got the ultimate City Hunter yesterday. Luckily it doesn't seem to have any loose or stuck joints or broken parts. I was able to get the blades to fully extend with a little effort, and thankfully the wrist panel is intact (for now). The only issue I'm having is trying to get the plasma cannon to slide up on the shoulder, either with or without the blast effect accessory, without the head and dreads getting in the way. I apologize if this has been discussed before but is there a solution to this?

There is a on going discussion , but mine is the same as yours. If u notice you will hardly here the good stuff on these threads to gauge the figures we buy. If some one in Russia buys this figure and spends a crazy amount to ship him and something is off they freak. But the ones that come out great we are happy and just read away at the problem figures. Mine is prefect, and he can bend better than any predator I have gotten from Neca . One of there best predators to date IMO. Sorry for the rant but I was super happy with this predator

Outside of the gauntlet issue, honestly this is a pretty good figure. My paint apps are awesomely done. Sculpt is pretty good. Lucked out and have a solid extended spear. Just need to figure a way to get the cannon to face fowards.

Out of I'd guess 25-30 Neca figures Ive owned, The loose ab joint on this guy and my Mantis xeno's head popping off and not being able to put back on have been my only issues. Luckier than most I suppose but as long as the qc issues dont keep sliding, I'll keep buying.

Saw several Ultimate City Hunters in TRU today. The paint apps varied somewhat but one looked really good. I hope that mine coming from BBTS looks as good. I could have bought the TRU one I guess but I don't really need two.
