I was starting to get wishy-washy about this set but now I want it for sure.

It doesn't entirely make up for Tom's attire being wrong but it's still an awesome extra

If the Yeti is released in a "Web of Fear" 2-pack the options for the other figure are all good,

2nd Doctor ( not ideal but likely as it's the cheapest option )

It's possible though as the previous companion set had 2 new molds although Sil was lacking in articulation and presumably cheaper to make.

If it's not in a 2-pack maybe it'll be part of a 3rd regular wave of Classics..........which is potentially expensive when I think of army building.

It could also be in a 2nd Doctor 4-pack with,

2nd Doctor
Yeti
Ice Warrior with retooled arm and seed pod
"Wheel in Space" Cyberman ( same mold as the "Tomb" version )

So, from Pertwee-Davison it was pretty much the same style no?, i can't stand the style of the 11th sonic screwdriver, 9th and 10th was a cool design though.

I could overlook Tom's scarf but getting Davros wrong as well is unacceptable and I've just sent a message to FPI asking them to cancel my "Destiny of the Daleks" set.

Thankfully the "Genesis of the Daleks" set looks fine apart from the already known mistake with Tom's attire.

Come on, we have all been collecting long enough to know that pics taken with flash bulbs ablaze are going to wash out the color. The guy who actually took those pics (a guy on WhoNA) said the pics make it look way worse than it is. He said it is perhaps a shade too light, but looks nowhere near that bad in person.

Even if that's the case, it's still yet another mistake that shouldn't have been made and I'm getting a bit sick of them.

Series 17 Tom will probably get rereleased again in a "City of Death" 2-pack with Romana II or Scaroth.......or the way they're going it might end up being that Yeti

Just got a message from FPI saying my "Genesis of the Daleks" set has shipped which is awesome although from a financial standpoint next month would have been better....I think I must have got the release dates of the Tom Baker era Dalek sets mixed up

I've got the Genesis figure set on order at my LCS, can't wait to have a new Davros figure, only ever owned the Dapol version.

And i am curious to know, is the Weta Davros+ Doctor statue from Genesis for $189.99 CAN a good price?.

I have never been very fond of that sculpt... I think I would pay $50 for it. No more.

This set is great!

3rd Doctor has dirt all up his legs! Also The ship has new mud detail and a new door!

Linx is much better than styre ;-)
