Not likely to get a TARDIS console playset seeing as the last one sold really terribly and I guess many stores had to practically give them away. It's unfortunate.

Nothing official yet but they'll probably hit the shops before we get any official confirmation because for some reason CO don't tend to like to let people know what's coming.

A 2-pack of the Doctor & Amy has been listed on Play.com for quite a few weeks now but there's no pics so the attires for either character are not yet known.

As I mentioned a few posts back I think the following are certs,

11th Doctor ( tweed suit )
Amy Pond
WW2 Dalek
Weeping Angel ( rerelease )
Screaming Angel ( rerelease )
Cyberman ( rerelease )
Sea Devil and/or Silurian

Series 5 Flight Control TARDIS ( police box )

As for a playset I would be very suprised if they'll bother as the last one stuck around on shelves for months over here.

The following are all confirmed,

1st Doctor from "An Unearthly Child"
4th Doctor & his TARDIS
7th Doctor & his TARDIS

All come out on May 10th and in September the big box containing all the Doctors set is released.

Nice!

Too bad the figure isn't a legit "Planet of Evil" version but in a way I'm pleased as I still have a custom of that to finish and another spare of the S12 version can be used for another hat/hair swapping experiment.

Release is in America in late May. Not sure when it is out elsewhere.

So, pardon the ignorant Yank, here, but is there anywhere in the US that would have these in stock and at a decent price? I'm mostly interested in picking up at least one of each of the Doctors.

They are pricey for quite a few of the Doc figures. You would be better off waiting for the 11 Doctors box set which is supposedly being released in September. It will be a cheap and easy way to get them. If you get them now, you will be paying for it.

I'm just glad we have all the likeness rights, can you imagine if one of them didn't sign them over? It would be a catastrophe!!!

I would have been content with figures of Doctors 1-4 though I expect CO made sure they could get the image rights for all of them before giving Design Works Windsor the green light to start work on the Classics.

Hi there I just received an email response from CO when I made an enquiry as to when McGann's doctor would be released and the next wave of Series 5 hoping there had been a bit of missinformation. This was my response:

"Dear Mr Balzan

I write in response to your recent e mail, requesting information on our
Dr Who Range of figures.

I would like to confirm that the 8th Dr Paul McGann will be released in
an 11th Doctor Set in August 2010. We have no information on a single
carded figure at this moment in time.

I would also like to confirm that the new series wave 1 figures will be
available in June 2010.

I hope the above fully answers your query, and may I thank you for your
interest in our range of Dr Who products.

Which is bad news for those of use whom have all the other doctors already. Any which way I'll get that McGann by heck or high water
