New Ghostbusters Figures

Great news! I was hoping that the Ghostbusters line would NOT fade away from Mattel's line up. I'm VERY happy that it won't! My wife got me the 6" Winston for Christmas. Now I have the SDCC 09 Egon 6" figure, and the 6" Winston. I hope to get the 12" Ray and Egon someday soon. Matty's sold out of the 6" Ray Stanz now. Anyone know where I can find him online for a decent price? I really can't afford to pay a lot of money for a 6" figure. Let me know. Thanks.

I'd love to see a 12" Janine, Dana Barrett, Louis Tulley, and two 1/6 scale "terror dogs" with glowing red eyes!

Keep up the great work Mattel! I'm a HUGE Ghostbusters fan, and I am loving it seeing you make these toys now!

I pretty much want the Scoleri Bros, Vigo, Terror Dogs, Gozer, the GBs in their GB2 suits and Louis in the GB suit and I could be happy with that. Of course I will buy any and all they make but NEED all I just mentioned.

Yeah, an ECTO-1 for the 6" figures would be nice! As well as a 1/6 scale Ectomobile!

I want to see Mattel make the Ghostbusters in their GB2 uniform/ouftits too! In both the 6" and 12" scale!

They said their looking into props but even Master Replicas couldn't do a pack at a reasonable price and had to give up the license.

A 1:1 proton pack that looks really good for like $250 would be awesome. It'd probably be plastic but still a good option. A trap and PKE shouldn't be too hard. And it's Mattel so I wouldn't be expecting them to be perfect.

They'd be great for costumes and halloween, who wants to take a $2000 pack to a bar full of drunk kids.

Well, after figuring the costs in time and money to mod these guys into a condition I could live with, I decided not to go all out with the 12 inch figures, as I had planned. So, my custom Ray is up on eBay now. I think I must be Ghostbustered out.

What's the longest some folks have waited before their figures shipped? My order still just says 'Submitted' at Matty. I already e-mailed them and bugged them once about sending an order confirmation so I knew my order actually went through their crappy site. And on the front I seem fine and actually do have an order with them, so should I just wait it out and forgive them with all the holidays going on at the moment or should I be concerned and send another e-mail?

It just amazes me that Mattel is an enormous company and I can more reliably expect better, quicker service from rinkydink internet stores.

yeah their postage is crap. when i ordered my ray figures, they took about 3 weeks or something to get to me in the uk. maybe even a month. i got my confirmation email saying the egon and winston figures have been dispatched. so im not expecting them until near the end of janurary probably.

I placed an order last week. Got a shipping confirmation with tracking the day after my order was placed.

no inot got mine yet. in all honesty im not expecting mine until later in the month at least.

But Master Replicas was in serious financial trouble and I'm pretty sure their definition of "reasonable" wasn't what a healthy company would consider reasonable.

Ordered 12" egon, last time when i ordered Ray i didnt get a shipping notice till at least a week and half later, however this time i got it two days after the purchase...i just hope they dont slap me with a £18 customs charge the cheeky sods..

Just noticed over on mattycollector that there's only 6" Winston and 12" Egon available now, the others have either disappeared or are showing as unavailable.

Still waiting on my Winston and Egon.......................
