What I can't wait for is SS saying that after Adam does 6 Marvel comiquettes, that they've finally hammered a deal with DC, and Adam starts doing the next 6 DC babes! Can you imagine! First up would be Wonder Woman of course!

No, I have a complete list of characters to design! Now, that list is hardly carved in stone, and could more accurately be described as being carve in flan. The list could change as easily as flan collapsing in a cupboard.

Wow, Adam's got the right sense in terms of which costumes would probably appeal the best. I am in agreement that the majority of the collectors out there who are buying these have been around the block. With that said, I wondered why SS went with the New X-Men scheme of outfits for the "vs Sentinel" series. All I'm hoping for is that the classic femmes see the light of day in their best garb.

Time to put on my Geek glasses. Technically the "Vs Sentinel" series utilizes the Astonishing X-Men costume designs not the "New X-Men". The New X-Men designs were all leather with jackets and such and famously had the shirtless Wolvie.

The reasoning behind that is Marvel, as Adam said they want things current and these pieces often are planned well in advance.....around the time the first piece came out ASM was a Top 10 book and everyone was buzzing about it....I'm sure back then it seemed to fit.

This is true, DC Direct will never license out because they can just keep the profits themselves (this is what people think LFL should be doing after the MR disbanding) what I DO see happening is DCD has followed suit with Vs. Diorama pieces, LS pieces....if they did an Adam Hughes DC Babes Comiquette line produced and sold by themselves I wouldn't be shocked one bit...
