CW Obiwan + 212th Battalion (grunt + air-born trooper) would seemingly the most rational announcement next. By around this time last year, 501st clone trooper was announced with Ahsoka simultaneously, shortly after CW Anakin and Captain Rex.

Judging from the early release of the 501st and most of collectors at least buying a pair. The deliverance of 212th will continuously fueling the demands for more Clones and steadily maintain their production capacity to meet the quotas until 2022.

Harrison Ford is the issue, there's no other reason. I haven't seen a high end Ford item for any license put up for sale in several years, basically since The Force Awakens Hot Toys was released from what I can tell. Hot Toys teased Bespin Han in the Bespin Leia pics, I imagine they would've desperately wanted him to go along with her to boost sales. Like I mentioned, they've done several Lukes and several Leias, no reason not to have several Hans unless there's an outside force keeping them from making it.

Teased it and never did anything with it. Why would they even tease it if it was a Ford issue?

Looking at the list of SS Star Wars figures, man I forgot how many Clones they pumped out. Not sure if that had something to do with it as that was more than a decade ago. I also think Howard has good taste and hates the PT as much as I do.

Howard has made around 20 PT releases with many more well on the way. There is a reason we keep getting PT figures in the middle of Mandomania and not OT. Only chance OT figures had of being made was because of ESB anniversary date

Yep. Howard must have been pissed. Also, Ford does seem like a giant prick, at least in terms of Star Wars. Eventually, we will get our dolly. On another note, I asked my 12 year old which figures he would prefer, han bespin or grievous. He said han all the way because he is awesome and grievous got blown up in a few minutes by obi wan.

What's the point in an antagonist nasty post like this? You can clearly see discussion occurring here where people are voicing their excitement at the prospect of more Clones/figures from the PT.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but it seems every other post from you here is still clinging onto that archaic idea that people don't like the PT No need for a baity comment like this mate.

Also Howard is almost definitely a Prequel fan lol his favourite figure is DS Anakin, rightfully so

Agreed, pretty much any named Clone would be great. I’d love to see Hot Toys tackle Gree and 41st Scouts. The green and camo would be a nice change of pace.

I also really want a Commander Fox or Thorn to go with the Shock Troopers, but those aren’t likely.

I do look forward to the inevitable vanilla Phase 1 and 2 release, but if wouldn’t be as exciting as a character at the moment.

They did semi "tease" Fox in the announcement for the Coruscant guard! Whilst he's maybe not the ... most liked Clone lol ... I think his armour is beautiful and I'd love to see him in 1/6th scale!

Also totally agree about Gree and the 41st, they would look amazing. Love that semi-scout trooper look they have. That forest camo on Gree is something else too.

Galactic Marine is also long overdue in 1:6 form. Awesome design. Great color. Excellent aim.

Would loveeee to see these guys and Bacara, they've got such an iconic look!

If the wait is this long for Bespin Han I guess I should give up on my wish list of Endor Han (and probably General Lando as well) to complete my ROTJ line up! Not that I'm in any rush, still recovering from getting back into HT and going on a catch up spending spree.

I doubt Howard cares that much, it’s a skit and it’s a toy. I doubt Ford even knew the value of it.

Agreed. Howard probably laughed and might’ve been happy Ford was holding a Hot Toys figure.

A lot of theories get bandied about but I’m pretty sure it’s a likeness issue possibly related to rumors that the main cast renegotiated their likeness rights when signing for the ST.

Yes he was. Hydraulic door on the Falcon set. Could’ve been worse than a leg injury, it sounded like.

He was done with Star Wars well before that but he was super done after that I’m sure.
