And I do prefer Jar-Jar to Ewoks.

I think Jar Jar would make a great piece from Sideshow if done right, but that's looking at him as just a figure and not weighing his quality as a character. There is opportunity for very intricate and beautifullly applied paint on Jar Jar's body where that maze like pattern makes it's way about, and so looking at him as just a figure I think he'd look impressive, but I doubt he'd be made without more TPM to join him, he doesn't really fit well with just Maul and Qui-Gon. I'd love for Palpatine to be announced tonight, but the negative me says it's just Bubo and nothing we haven't seen coming.

I agree with you totally there, I always wanted but never managed to get the 80s Wicket figure back in the day, I got him once I grew up and started seeing collectible dealers, but I always had a certain fondness for him and collectibles of him, so I'd glad welcome him first, just wanted to state where I thought Jar Jar could have positives as a collectible.

Honestly, more than any new announcement will be the thrill of seeing Jabba listed as coming in the next 30 days. I may skip ahead to see. Then, if I don;t see him there, the rest of the newsletter can help lift me up from the dissappointment.
