Moving on from MCCarthy is long overdue. However, how much of Packers problems stem from Rodgers himself? People still talk about him as if he’s still the guy from ‘10-‘14. Don’t get me wrong he’s still great, but he might be past his prime years.

GB wouldn’t be contenders at all season after season if it weren’t for Rodgers. He hasn’t played his best in past few years because he doesn’t have enough support

But he’s only one man.., he needs a coach that will give him more weapons , starting with protection and on the other end a defense that can try to win games so he doesn’t have too, this is fault by paying Clay too much, that they have no resources to get more better defensive players :lecture

In other words with McCarthy axed, GB needs to completely clean house in the off season with exceptions of keeping Rodgers, Adams and Cobb. Other than that it’s time to restructure the team

Chargers charging back.

If they win tonight’s game, it’s going to set up a heck of a Thursday night game next week at Kansas City.

I don’t get why the refs are letting Chargers trying to win

If they lose it changes nothing because Chiefs and Pats won their games so the standings are still the same and Chargers still on top WC

And if Steelers lose , they only become a half a game ahead the Ravens instead of a full game

So I don’t get the logic of the refs wanting to have Chargers win while creating such pissed off comments on SM :dunno

Steelers now in a dog fight with the Ravens for the division title. Steelers still have the Pats and Saints on deck. Looks like the AFC North is going down to the wire.

Hard to believe the Ravens could still get into the playoffs with a rookie qb and because of the Steelers tough schedule , maybe Ravens could still end up the #4 seed :horror

It’s also odd that the NFC will be the tougher conference heading to the SB but on the flipside have the better scenario weather wise playing in nice SoCal weather up to the NFCC :lol

Depends on rankings ..I think Ravens can bypass Steelers , but isn’t the Saints game WK 17 , the finale games more than likely should be easier wins for bottom seed and WC teams because chances are the starters on the top 3 seeds won’t play that much and won’t matter if they lose

I can’t see anyone else getting the mvp than Mahomes

They play the Bungles next week.

Yes, I know. I phrased that post poorly, they play KC on Thursday Night in Week 15, which is why I didn’t say “this Thursday” or “this coming Thursday”. This coming Thursday night game is a snoozer.

I should have said week after next.

Nope, it's Raiders, Pats, Saints, and Bungles (in that order).

Steelers mgmt need to wake the F up and fire Tomlin already. I don't think any coach has done less with the amount of talent on that team. Steelers are the most undisciplined team in the league. It's painful to watch this team shoot themselves in the head and give away meanful games so often.

Mark Murphy get a young coach this time..take a hint from What Sean Mcvey has done with Rams. Joe Philbin is not the answer, he sucked in Miami :lecture

McCoy broke his fibula is out the rest of the year. I see Twitter is blowing the Kaepernick horn hard. Sure, why not. People can stop whining on his behalf and maybe he can try to pretend he can play like it’s 2012 again.

Yeah great choice Skins fans calling up for the team representing the nation’s capital a guy that nealed during the anthem because of his beliefs on our nation :slap

If I was a team that was a playoff team still maybe I would give him a shot and hope for lighting in a bottle. The Skins would really be better to lose the rest of the games.

So the Eagles win next week tie the Cowboys then lose back to back games to Rams and Texans. So they have to hope 8-8 gets them in the playoffs?
