I want SideShow to get the NHL license to produce NHL players and Hot Toys to produce 12" figures of Lemieux, Crosby, Francis, Brodeur, etc. hehe

If ANYONE can or will do it it's Enterbay. They've already begun their NBA line.

Was there an actual SSF pool, or is this related to the NHL Playoff Challenge? I was doing the NHL one for the hell of it, since I'm usually awful with predictions. I did pretty well in round one, atrocious in two (1/4), and very well in 3 (called both, and was only off by 1 game).

Hot Toys would be my first choice for producing high quality 1/6th NHL star player figures. Enterbay may be tackling NBA but, thats probally only because thanks to Yao Ming and basketball as a whole has grown in China, hockey is not as big there.

I may be biased here but, i think a NHL figure done right would be a much greater value for the money compared to a NBA figure and not to mention lots more fun to pose since its not a _____, ass to crotch block me type of game.

Yup and i think R&D would be a bit of a nightmare for Hot Toys but, i think they could pull it off and get great reuse of parts to save on production costs...its a worthy challenge for them i think.

I'd pass on most other mediocre Hot Toys releases and focus on their NHL line if they went all out with it.

Sports Masterpiece Series(SMS01) or Sports Icon..whatever, give us Jordan and Yao etc..to try and 1up Enterbay while also focusing on development of MLB and NHL figures, NHL sells out and they drop NBA and MLB eventually..focus on NHL.

I already have the 2 Bobby Orr Starting Lineup figs and the 12 inch McFarlane sold in Canadian Walmarts, but a HT, EB or SSC one would be pretty awesome.
