He is the most outspoken guy in the room and brings some energy to it and has helped lead them to becoming a far better team then they have been the last six years, all the players on the team acknowledge this including coaching staff and management.

It was a no brainer to give him the C but, his play just got better and better after he came back from that nasty cut he got on the leg.

This is an accurate assessment of Pfeneuf. As much as I may dislike the Leafs, I think what Valfie is saying is 100% true. He's only 26 too.
I'd take him on my team any day. While he may not be my #1 D, I'd still be happy to have someone who can make those game changing hits.

Between all the Leaf Dion lovin' and Sean Avery discussion, I can definitely tell we're all reaching. DAMN YOU ALL-STAR BREAK! We have nothing to discuss, but irrelevant nonsense. Oh, and that Valfar and jamie love them some P.K. Subban and the Montreal Canadiens!

Oh, and Ringer is a Penguins fan and loves Crosby. Craw thinks Fleury is the bomb and that everyone agrees that the Winnipeg Jets will win the Stanley Cup this season! All they need is 45 points in their next 32 games. Wait, they only got 50 in 50 so far?! Pffft, they can still do it! Glad we're all on board with this!

Didn't really enjoy the all star draft this year. I liked it better last year when all the players were sitting out in the front. Seems like more hijinks and comedy ensued. Having them come out from the back room was kinda lame. And all the booing by the Sens fans, every time Lupul took the mic, got pretty old real fast.

It's Da Costa and the guy is a rookie. Not everyone plays all 82 games their rookie season. Look at Martin St. Louis and Zdeno Chara as prime examples. Oh, he's played 22 games. Not 12.

And Mats Sundin is overrated. When you pay 20 million for two years of Mats Sundin and he does f-all, he's overrated. Great hockey player in his prime though.
