Jeez, I guess times have changed. Back in the day when we were that age, we wouldn't dare disrespect our teachers like that.

You can add some of it up to I teach at an alternative school. I don't think it happens as often in a normal school (it didn't when I was teaching 5th/6th grade).

Triple Overtime!

Boston hits the pipe with 11 seconds left. You could tell both teams were running out of steam. I hope this game isn't won on a gaffe.

At least the players have an extra day of rest until Game 2.

UNREAL! No quit in either team. I still can't believe the Hawks pulled this one out. Crawford was HUGE after that 2nd goal was given up. Down 2 goals, blown 5 on 3 PP opportunity, and too may men on the ice called twice during a crucial point in the game. This was an EPIC game. Both teams played hard.

Hawks are going to have to find a way to slow down Bostons top line and the Hawks top line is going to have to pick it up. I can't see the Hawks winning the Cup with their 3rd and 4th lines leading the way. On to game 2. GO HAWKS!

Awesome Game last night/this morning. It was getting pretty brutal towards the end with both teams running on fumes. The 'Hawks have rarely been out of a game all season and just seem to find ways to win. I just wish Toews and Kane would finally show up. Kane delivered last Saturday night to finish the Kings but hasn't been much of a factor in the post season otherwise. This is gonna be a great series, can't wait for Saturday night.

Bigger and better news than the Stanley Cup Final and the two teams in it, the Pittsburgh Penguins have signed Evgeni Malkin to a 8 year deal worth 76 million USD.

Finally recovered I think. Tough loss. I know they fell down 0-2 in '11 and things worked out, but I feel that Game 2 is an absolute must win. These Blackhawks aren't going to be intimidated and thrown around like the Canucks.
