That 3 OT game was insane!

Yeah, it was thrilling to watch but brutal if you have to get up in the morning. That game didn't finish until after 1 AM my time. At least the Hawks won so I don't feel bad watching it until the end. I was so hyped up after the game I couldn't sleep anyway.

Absolutely nuts. $6.25/year while the next closest is Quenneville with $2.75. I understand Toronto needed to pay, but that's unbelievable.

50 million for 8 seasons is ridiculous. He was a good coach, but he was also a product or being under arguably one of the best management in the league and best scouting staff. Look who they have taken in later rounds. Point is, it now opens the doors for other winning coaches to ask for unrealistic wages. It just drives up the cost of teams for what they have to pay out in terms of overhead, which then effects the fan. What we pay to get through the doors.

Toronto, you suck. But hey, if they can afford to pay him that. Why not. But it just takes one to start the trend. At least it doesn't go against the cap. lol

Tonight's game was like watching a Twilight Zone episode. Nash scores twice, and St Louis scores and had like 3 breakaways lol. Hard to believe NY held them to 1 goal but I'll take it.

Not sure which Lightning player hit the post in the first minute or two of the game but I think it that would have went in the floodgates would have opened. Phew.

It was Johnson.... The looks this guy gets is incredible, he is also a huge diver. Agreed though, had he buried it, the game changes. Luckily he hit the post

Another very interesting game between the Hawks and Ducks. Second fastest 3 goals scored by a team. Kesler, Belesky, and Perry. 5-4 Hawks in 2nd OT. Both interesting series.

The Hawks/Ducks series is tight and just about all their games have gone down to the wire.

Steven Stamkos is finally responding to the doubters that he's a no-show or abysmal contributor in all important games. He's been actually better than Tyler Johnson in this series. Nice to see him finally step up and lead as the elite talent he is.
