Yea another one beat Optimus Reim five hole, just glad he has been solid for the most part these last few games.

Come Saturday will be the real test for the Leafs up against the Bruins.

Come to think of it, kinda funny how Toronto dumps Francois Allaire and Reim's and Scriv's find their game again(though they have to work on keeping that paddle down) and Allaire went off to work with Luongo during the off season/lockout and Luongo finds his game again. XD

I am really happy for Luongo, the Vancouver fans are too hard on him.


Loving the Sens and Habs right now as well..the other two teams i am following other then the Leafs.

Your **** is getting old and it's one game.. just saying.

But it is a good game. I do want to see that out of Fleury since he has the years ahead of him. Vokoun is not far off from 40.

Anyway, how about that rookie Simon Despres... made some sick moves out there... 5-1-2-3, plus-1, getting lots of hits. Yes, he has turned over the puck a few times, but he's a rookie. Has been the Pens best skater in the last 2 games. Notices he uses the boards a lot to make his passes. Not bad.

btw How was the Jets/Habs game?

Did Fleury make an appearance in Winnipeg tonight? lol

I know its early, and like I said I dont blame any of the losses on him, but he needs to steal some games, and he hasnt done that since Rolosson out dueled him in the Tampa series.

Game was great, nice to see the Jets and Kane in person (hes got wheels) and Im liking the grittier Habs.

I know its early, and like I said I dont blame any of the losses on him, but he needs to steal some games, and he hasnt done that since Rolosson out dueled him in the Tampa series.

Game was great, nice to see the Jets and Kane in person (hes got wheels) and Im liking the grittier Habs.

The Jets suck... allowed 11 goals in 50 mins and 13 in 4 periods. UGH!

And yes, Fleury needs to steal us a game or two. btw Loving Simon Despres.

Another solid performance from Reimer despite the 1-0 loss, looked like Rask embellished a bit on that interference call which disallowed Franson's goal.

Montreal is on fire, great win for them tonight over the Sabres.

Montreal is on fire, great win for them tonight over the Sabres.

Rene Bourque has been receiving great reviews. There was an abdominal tear last season which caused his game to deteriorate as the season progressed. Finally explains why he went from a great multicat guy, who plays in all situations to being almost run out of town. But boy has he come back strong. He has been one of Montreal's best players this season.

btw Montreal owns the No. 1 goal scorer (4) and PPG (3) in Markov, assists (8) in Diaz, hits (32) in Emelin, and t-5th block shots (22) in Gorges for defensemen. That's insane. No wonder this team is so good.

Reimer's new paint job looks pretty good but, he should have went with strictly G1 Prime.

I had no idea until recently that Peter Budaj has Flanders on his mask. XD

Penalty calls were down to their lowest in like two decades last season. As a result, penalties have gone waaay up this season which is completely stupid. Thanks to Bettman and his "Make the game more offensive" BS, we are witnessing the NBA-ization of the NHL.
