didn't detroit win the president's cup that year, setting nhl records for most wins and most points in a season? most detroit fans don't or don't want to remember that year. kind of reminds me of this year's nfl patriots. my advice is don't get cocky. that's why they actually play the games.

i actually was watching that game. 2 minutes for an obvious boarding however draper had some bad luck being that the team door was open. seemed the blunt of damage to his face was from where the door met the board edge. i really think the dirtiest hit ever was bertuzzi ending the career of steve moore. bertuzzi was basically carrying out an intended hit called by coach marc crawford. at least that's what bertuzzi claims. either way it ended moore's nhl career.

Bugging. I saw both.. and both were uncalled for. I dislike both C. Lemieux, and Bertuzzi.

Well, that was a lame post. I just wanted to point out, when the dust settles. They both blow IMO.

I have to admit I only watch playoff hockey and that's if I have an interest in the teams playing. I'll watch Colorodo because of Sakic and I'll watch Buffalo because of the proximity to me and I'll watch Montreal because I used to be a big Habs fan when I was a kid.
