I consider myself loosely Christian and I don't have a problem with Abortion.

I always like to have conversations with hardcore Christians about that...I always ask a few questions...

"Why did God not tell man about the Dinosaurs?" (it was later added)

"Why do we, as humans, have tailbones??"

"What about the multiple extinction events that have occurred on our planet? No mention?"

Always an interesting debate, fun to hear responses there. Religion is a hot issue, something probably not meant for this forum at all. Not meaning to provoke any attention. I just want to make it clear that we all have a variety of beliefs and it should be beyond us as Americans to judge a candidate on theirs.

Yeah, but that is "assuming" that it would be an issue with God. Personally, I think it's something that people can decide to do if they choose to go that route... especially in a rape situation or something dire.

We can all stipulate what would anger the creator and what would condemn us to an afterlife of retribution... But nobody knows. All religions have found good points, but no faith is 100% correct... because we don't know, and cannot know the real truth.

We'll talk more about this in the afterlife... Don't worry... we'll have time.

The problem I have with some Christians in this country is that they think that they are right and everyone else is wrong and will burn for it. That to me seems to be almost against the teachings of Jesus...

I don't give a rats ass about Obama's religion... I care about his IDEAS and what he plans to try to do for this country.
