Considering he's not due til 2nd qtr. '09 and will almost certainly suffer a delay even with that long lead time, I wouldn't hold my breath for new pics any time soon.

I was just thinking about this figure and wondered about the exclusive hand, was it in fact the pointing finger hand or the open fingered hand as many suggested ? I know that Sideshow has the pointed finger hand listed as being the exclusive. Can anyone clear this up for me ?

Its the difference between these hands that is the make or break for buying this figure direct from Sideshow. The open hand I can live without, the pointing one however I would like.

Notice that only the photos with the pointy finger say Sideshow Exclusive, so I'm assuming the pointing finger is what they refer to as the 'force choke' although its clearly the 'force point' hand.

Yeah, it would be nice to get some official clarification of that.
