I'll take all versions, but ESB will be my favorite. That was the baddest Vader has been on screen.

That would be cool, an EU moment of a post ROTS encounter. While I love the impact of their coming accross one another in ANH for the first time since ROTS, I think it'd be cool if they'd accidentally crossed paths somewhere in between.

ROTJ Vader should come with a severed stump hand just so we can get the right poses from the end of the film.

I don't know about that one, making the stump hand and Ex. seems like an injustice to collectors. To me, the only real point of a ROTJ Vader would be the helmet reveal to capture the moment where many fans got their first look at Anakin Skywalker, and to be true to that moment, he should have the stump. An interesting Exclusive could be Luke's lightsaber if they made it the non-hero version, I think that's the one Vader held, not the hero prop. Way too elaborate for a custom, but it'd be badass if they could do a second helmeted head with ROTJ Vader with lighting painted on it and the skull revealing like after he throws the Emperor.

Actually, I can see the lightning head be the exclusive like Asajj's extra head. Although it could also be included with the regular, like Toht's melty face.

if they do a lighting head, i'd rather it be done like the habro one, in semi-translucent plastic, like the domes on the alines, so you can see his skull through it like in the film.

Yes, but before they tackle that, I'd like to see LEDs on his chest box and belt.

I'd say no chance of that, if they were going to do it I'd say it would have been worked out on this Vader. Sideshow, sadly, seems to shy away from the integration of electronics outside of talking Scarfaces for figures.
