Official 1/6th Darth Vader Thread

I can't wait to finally have a good Vader to photograph, specifically the helmet, Medicom's is off in ways that I now realize, I used to think it was perfect and maybe it was my photos or something but there are some things that are significantly off about it.

There is somethign way off on the helmet on this picture. The left side of the helmet looks bigger then the right side Like the top piece of the helmet is not on straight...

I thought they had said late June early July. I seem to remember Greg in shat saying the wanted to get it as close to the end of June as possible.

Are you here to put us back on schedule? We’ve chosen not to rush with the Darth Vader figure, and we’re happy to report that we are as proud of the production version as we are of the original prototype, if not more so. We’ve recently received finished and boxed samples, and we’re very excited by the way the figure has turned out! We’ve announced the figure as delayed to ship in 3rd Quarter, but it will be very, very early 3rd Quarter! In fact, Darth Vader is expected to begin shipping late June or early July, and we can’t wait to hear what you think of it!

Anyone else think that the recently revealed "reactor station" environment would look awesome with Vader displayed on it? It kind of has that Bespin gantry look about it.

Gonna have to cancel Luke and Han for sure to get Vader it looks like if it's shipping that soon. (no biggie, Vader is top priority)

Me too I think? The last piece I ordered was the Palpatine/Sidious 2pk. Hmmm I think I finale paid it off...

Luckily I have the money for Vader already saved up and a plan to save up for Luke and Han. (still not sure if I'm keeping them though... I have been feeling increasingly "meh" about it).

Me 2, honestly there weren't as great as I thought whenever I first ordered them... really they are only variants and who am I gonna display them with. I guess I could come up with a scene.

Agreed witk Krayt that Vader is a must!!! I will not let that one slip.
