CSC, AE and Viking are my top choices for shopping besides SS. I've experienced great customer service at all those stores. However, I pre-ordered Jack from AE since I wanted to use my reward points at AE. Just wish CSC had a similar Customer reward program like AE, Viking and SS.

yah same for me unfortunately, would love to just go and pick up all my figures there...but the durned taxes

Depending upon where you are located in CA, the shipping to you might actually be adjusted down to your location. It doesn't always offset all the tax, but sometimes it gets you a lot closer than you might think. Please feel free to drop us a line to ask about specific items, and we'll work out the numbers to see if there are any savings to be had.

Because we are a CA-based business, we are required by the state to collect the sales tax on any item delivered within CA (whether shipped or picked up in our shops.)

I too have nothing but praise for CSC. I ordered a whopping 5 Mark IV Iron Mans a few months back as part of a group part out and they were even kind enough to let one of the guys who was local pick up his share of the parts! I honestly didn't think they would, but that made things so much easier on the two of us for that.

If I get a second Jack, it will be through them. I just hope they don't pre-sell out as I won't know if I can swing a second Jack until closer to shipping time.
