That Honest Trailer belongs in the trash.

They only mentioned things clearly shown in the movie.

Holloway was a ****ing ass, he wanted a LIVE ALIEN TO TALK TOO, you ****ing morons!

:lol

Do you care to elaborate?

How come the crew didn't know about the creature in the medipod.

Shown in a deleted scene.

How come Holloway was so *****y about the dead Aliens.

Deleted scene.

The big questions will not be answered, obviously. But the little, nitpicky ******* ones are answered.

Yep. That's called marketing. Making money is fun, isn't? :lol

Also, you'd have to be naive to think they'd give away the entire sequel premise in the Blu Ray set.

Yeah but the point the Honest Trailer made was that they had only been exploring for a few hours. Why was he already so sure a live alien wasn't going to turn up, if not there then somewhere else on the huge planet?

Because he's a over excited egar ****.

It was pretty clear who he was within the first few minutes.

His reaction makes sense with that kind of personality. He wanted what he wanted, and when he didn't get what he want, and got pissy.

You don't have to agree with the character, or even like him. The film wasn't making you do that anyway.

Besides, they saw a ton of dead Aliens everywhere. So sure, there COULD be more around...but regardless, dude never got what he wanted, and they had to turn back.

Yeah, that dude was an eager beaver; he wanted to disprove religion so bad by talking to these guys (that was shown in the extras but dunno if that was only Blu-Ray or DVD).

Exactly.

Like I said, there are problems with the flick, but not that one. His character stayed consistent since the beginning.

Love that you pan ASM for everything your defending Prometheus against. :lol

Gotta love those fanboy hypocrites.

I am not worried if the questions aren't answered. I enjoyed the movie, look forward to the epic 4 flippin' hour doc, and can't wait for the sequel.

Prometheus was made with love. ASM was made for a quick buck, without a single bit of class put into it.

Gotta love that constant defending of a straight up remake. :lol

Straight up, with a twist.

Straight up, with a twist.

If by remake you mean based on the same source material and Sam Raimi's only original stuff was stolen from old 3 stooges shorts your dead on. :lol

Read a book kid. Even if it's a comic.

Nah. If that movie is what Spider-Man actually is, I'll stick to those fun movies, instead of that boring, dry, humorless, quick buck driven, money grubbing whore of character. :lol

It is mutual.

:lol

Emma Stone. :lecture

I only whack it to Bill Murray as Garfield.

:lol:lol:lol

No.. no it wasn't. It was a quick cash in on the Alien franchise. Remove that aspect and it would've been an even bigger flop here in the states.

This was supposed to be the big thing Ridley and every Alien fan waited decades for. Then half way through they thought "Hey we can make another one later and really milk these unanswered questions." Same exact deal as ASM.
