Yup. Last one... and to respond to you here instead of through PM, I like the way the silhouette looks with the KP on Shorty's. The shoulders are not quite as wide as the modded Vader buck...

And yeah, at least if we're going to go nuts over some crazy *** minutia it's for Vader, who after 4 years I still consider the centerpiece of my collection.

It takes bigger customizing ***** than mine to KP my Vader (and this from someone who made Gimli). So if anyone can make it work, FLOSI can.

I've wanted to cut my Vader gloves for quite sometime, so it's nice that I now see they can be done and look nice.

Cking gave me some suggestions. I made more of a gap between the shoulder armor, chest box and belt. He was definitely right and looks a lot better. Thanks Chris!

Yes I did. Just the front of the tunic. The back sits perfect from the neck to the ankles. That was mine though. Could be different for yours.

i might add.........worth the cussing to get it just right........

Man, I couldn't agree more. I use a thin clear rubber band (one of my wifes hair ties) to keep it held in at the waist. The drape is so important to the overall look.

Good thinking on the band... that will also be more adjustable than a stitch like I did.

You nailed it! This is ANH Vader. By having the chest armor sit a hair higher the helmet/mask appears larger and in better proportion to the body.

I have a set on the way , I'm using the SS stock body and have done the Hasbro Dome Mod already . What should I be concerned about ? What is the reason for the need of a rubber band??

Just around the waist to hold the tunic in place. The belt then goes over it, Brady. You'll see once you get it.

I sprayed my dome last night. I have to say, after setting it to look like the EFX pic below I could not be happier:

It's pefection at this point, aside from the widows peak. I showed my wife and told her it's supposed to be Vader from the first movie, and she even said "yeah, when his helmet isn't all shiney and he looks dirty. That looks great!" I almost never get that kind of reaction from her... Ever. Anyway, body comes today. i still need to cut my gloves too.
