Well, if it makes you feel any better, they're also shipping 1:1 Palpatine busts right now. So there are 6 items, that I know of, being shipped right now so I'm sure things are crazy and they're doing the best they can to get it all out. Lots of combined shipping going on, like a lot of folks having Davy and Jack together, Frodo and Sam together. Chin up dude, you'll enjoy him so much when you get him you'll forget all about the wait.

I just got my notice from Alter Ego that Cannibal Jack will ship soon! I wish I had purchased Davy from Marc as well, I could have saved some $$ and probably received a mint box.

Davy arrived today. My favorite in this line so far. I haven't got to the point of comparing him to the others yet, but I don't think any shortcomings (rimshot) will change my opinion of him.

One thing I'm extremely impressed with is the articulation in the neck. You'd think that all those tentacles would create serious limitations, but the way the joint works, his head can move all over the place. Easily more movement than the other three.

I also like how depending on how the light hits his face, his eyes alternate between tortured soul, grumpy old bastard, and a man on the verge of gutting you with his claw. They kind of get that eyes on the horizon/lost in thought sea-captain look too (which is basically the other three all at the same time).

The red claws don't bother me at all. They could have used a little more shading, but given the rest of the detail (which is mind-numbing) I can't complain.

I'm really glad I went through the trouble of getting him. If anyone else had to cancel, don't let yourself miss out. He rules.

if it helps i got davy and jack sitting right here and even on the third day that new figure smell is overpowering. gotta love that new figure smell. mmmmmmm.....

It's okay bro. It's too much money anyway. Stay clear from expensive stuff like that. I think after my next few big orders I am sticking to just collecting 1/6 scale figures.

Opened Jones last night. Heavy figure and pretty cool. I think the slimy look fits the way it should but he does have a funny rubber smell. Overall, nice figure.

With all the rubbery bits and what-not he is one of the stinkier figures when you first get him opened. Although he does air out fairly quickly.
