Just wondering, does anyone know what either of the normal Jack Sparrow heads (not the Cannibal one) look like minus the hair? Or possibly just minus the hair on the sides? I'm tentatively considering getting one and giving him mohair hair instead of the molded plastic (I hate that look for long hair), like the Kojun one. I figured I might even be able to save the molded bandana to use with the mohair.

So, anyone have any idea of how the Jack heads are put together? Also, does he have ears?

And as much as Cannibal Jack is worth of its praise, Hot Toys has come along from then with paint and sculpt work, a Jack today will be improved even more over the past 2, and I'm sure a DX Jack Sparrow will happen at some point, between a 4th film and just figuring HT will recognize the value of PERS with a character like Jack.

Got another PotC custom finished last night - Blacksmith Will Turner from "Curse of the Black Pearl." And just today, his axe unexpectedly arrives in the mail. Talk about perfect timing! Pants, vest and belt I made from scratch. The rest of the costume is modified pieces from several different figures. Attached a different ponytail to the Hot Toys head too.

Exceptional work! Love that detailed stitching up the back of his vest. Perfection!

I keep hoping Hot Toys will produce this version once the merchandise frenzy for POTC 4 hits. Gotta get have that cape and “musketeer” hat!

That's a great custom. I'm glad Hot Toys made AWE Will Turner, that's my personal favorite look for Will. Elizabeth I'd take in her purple dress and night gown from the Pearl and Island sequences as well as her DMC Pirate look. Not really any outfits from AWE I care for, but that's all we got. I'd take Jack from Curse too, not very different from DMC and AWE, but different enough for me.

I've love Elizabeth in the gown from the first film, they should have made that one and not the singapore warrior one. They chose the worst outfit choice, imo. A pirate outfit or gown would have been muuuch better.

I love that dark burgundy gown from Curse....so, so beautiful. That was my wish for the figure.

2nd choice would be her pirate look in DMC, even though I don't like the film.

But Barbossa's gown was my first choice, far and away above any others.

I'm also excited for Penelope Cruz if she's cast in the 4th...
