So you recast an AP helmet? I wouldn't try to sell those then if you ever needed to. Recasting for personal gain is highly frowned upon.

Agreed. But as long as you did it for yourself, not with the intention of selling them later, then I see no big problem. But if you try selling them in the future people might frown upon you indeed, to say the least.

Yes. I know. I've been a member of the 501st for 6 years have heard all about the horrors of recasting.

I have no intention of selling mine or any others for personal gain unless I come up with my own molds.

I'm trying my hand at some revamped fem-trooper armor. Some of the ones I've seen are ok but I think there needs to be some serious improvement for our legion ladies.

Thanks for the warning. "Might" is an understatement. I just wanted to see if I could do it and i was pleasantly surprised with the results.

I'm focusing on more of the gentle giant statue version of Jes Gistang from the Legacy comic. Maybe some interchangeable parts for the fems who like to show off the mid-drift.

It's ok indeed, but maybe a bit too strong on the scratches type of weathering, maybe should have been a bit smoother weathering.

Usually Sandtrooper helmets, besides the known differences between some of the paint apps on trapezoids and tear drops (Sandtrooper/Stormtrooper Comparisons) they also need a good weathering. In most cases a nice Tatooine weathering is what makes a good Sandtrooper helmet or not IMO.

My Sandtrooper helmet is a TE2 painted by the talented RPF member MadridBoba to resemble the "Move Along" Sandtrooper:

My RS Prop Masters Stormtrooper Helmet has finally arrived. Without a doubt the best stunt Stormtrooper helmet out there.

It is indeed the best Stunt helmet. I got my first one #44 lost in mail and the guys replaced it then with a new one, higher number on the plaque (who cares though), but was one of their own personal pieces. Awesome!

No, I have Brian Muir on a bunch of items already and while it's a nice addition to the Legend Vader helmet, another Muir signature doesn't interest me. Especially for a much higher price. I had a very nice plaque made for Dave Prowse -who is substantially Vader in ANH.

No, mine did not come numbered. I believe only the first 100 helmets were numbered but I could be wrong. The eFX Hero is also on my list as I want to display a Stunt & Hero helmet together. But only if they do it in ABS.

Dave Prowse is great on a plaque. I already have him on the plaque I display with the impressive Sideshow Vader bust:

Unfortunately that package never entered Romania. I know people working at the Central Postal Office in Bucharest and that tracking number never appeared in my country. It was lost on the road to my country
