Got home at 07:15. Guy knocked about 11:00 and literally dropped it on the doorstep.
Went back to sleep for a bit, done a bit of running around and back in work for 19:00.

I'll get to open it tomorrow.

Be careful with the canon - pop the "arm" in first (pointed to YOUR right per the display pics), then the "head of choice", letting the "arm" sit in between the dred gap, then add the canon itself (supporting the arm from below as you push the canon on).

Spike, does the cannon fit on yours with the regular head? Mine doesn't, not even close as the dreads on mine are floating out wide.

I gotta admit, the in-hand pics don't look too shabby. The inaccuracies still bug me, but the only thing really keeping me from considering this is the price. I think it turned out ok. A little repaint and some quills and this would be sharp.

Got to open mine and despite a few issues I like it..

The good...

Paint much better than expected.
Size and presence are very impressive.
Bio fits flush on mine.
Love the armour and head stand, nice addition.
Strong magnets..
As Matt said, Ex display does look nice. (Especially when the Spear looks as bad as mine).
Dreads are not plastic, trust me I know

The bad...

Can't stress enough how bad the base has been painted. Never the best design to start with but the way the skulls/teeth have been painted is laughable.
Lack of quills is a real shame but not as bad as expected in person.
Spear is a joke. This much money and the can't cast a straight spear? Wait until you see mine.
Cannon has a blob of polystone in the slot making it impossible to attach.

The ugly...

Two broken dreads on my unmasked portrait.

So glad I got to see this in person. Deffo not worth the money but that's life.
Need to contact CS. Replacement portrait, Spear and Cannon then I'll be happy.
