Another thing that completely blows my mind is the way the plasma canon lays on his shoulder . With the Proto , it seem the perfect scale much smaller then the original but very much like the movie . It just lays there comfortably . The new version seems like the one we have also . It's way to big !!!!

Are you talking about how high the canon sits, or the actual size of the canon itself?
Personally, I like how it sits in the new pictures compared to the proto pics as they never showed it fully extended.
If youre talking about he height of the canon, then Im pretty sure it can be adjusted to sit just like it did in the proto.

I would say nothing is certain right now. But to be honest, I think what we see in the latest pics are what we will get.

Nah, it looks exactly the same to me. I dont think we have anything to worry about with the cannon. As I said before, its highly likely from the looks of it, that it can still be positioned to sit low like in the proto pics.

Its becoming increasingly likely that, that is what we are getting. Hot toys has gone backwards with this figure thats for sure.

I'm more or less happy how the production figure turned out. I never thought the proto looked much like Classic predator anyway.

This new revised bio mask looks more accurate to me. Though I'm no predator expert.

Yup. The mesh on the revised bio pretty much ruined the overall look of the bio in terms of accuracy. Its way too thick/big and stands out way too much because of it.
Even though the bio has mesh in the films(I think)it was VERY fine, so in 1/6 scale it would basically be unnoticeable.
It looked better without it IMO.

height difference alone could put you off.

Another plus for the classic over the P1.

@ Butters - You actually prefer it to the protos bio?
If so, thats cool but I will have to disagree.
Also, I was referring to the original Predators bio when I said I wasnt sure if it has mesh or not. Ive seen large images of it that suggest that it did indeed have very fine mesh just like classics, but I cant really tell for sure. It most likely does have mesh though.
But yeah, its going to be an extra 'fix' I will have to do. I dont know about it being easy though, as Ive no idea which is the best way to do it right now.
Any ideas anyone?
