Predators was just a terrible movie IMO. Whats so "super" about the "super" predators anyway? So what if they are about a foot taller than the original Predators? These guys arent exactly cage fighters, so size and weight shouldnt make much difference in their survival. Theyre hunters who use weapons to kill.

This is one of the biggest surprise I've received from Hot Toys. I'm not really a huge fan of predators and I only picked this guy up cause I thought he's gonna be a minor upgrade to my Guardian. I was soooo wrong. This thing is freaking impressive in hand. I'm speaking personally but he is almost as impressive as Jack Sparrow in hand. Very very detailed, amazing colors, and looks huge in person. Very happy with this guy.

I can't see it. The next P1 will most likely be the 1/4. I can see the 1/4 for a 2013 release.
Neither can I, but you never know. It seemed that in Hot Toys announcement they meant that they were very happy with the Classic Predator that they will only do a 1/4 scale and give the new Predator treatment to old Predators in 1/6 scale, i.e. Predator 2.

I think they'll wait to do a 1/6 P1 and 1/4 Super-Predators until much later. These are definite possibilities, but since we've gotten the characters (or similar ones, in Classic's case) this year, HT would be wise to start with the originals first.

Keep him, a new P1 most likely won't be released for some time and besides Classic isn't P1 so you would have 2 different but similar predators, and there is no such thing as too many predators

Im keeping my classic order but will most likely sell him if Hot Toys do actually remake the P1.
Classic is still an awesome figure but a remake P1 will be better and more to my liking.

But its not definite that the P1 remake is coming. If we wait around and it never happens, we will have to track down this classic Predator for silly secondary market prices and turn it into a P1.
Trust me, I can wait....but I have to know its definitely coming.
Thats why Im keeping my classic predator for now until I hear official word from HTs about P1.
