Good. Does that mean I don't have to see your annoying avatar and posts anymore? :yess:

Predator does not like you

Meh. I heard this place was pretty tight-knitted. Probably why my account is going on 2 years old and I never posted.

Later.

I prefer the unmasked closed mandible look overall. It's more impressive than the movie version. Nothing about this figure looks like "POO"; pictures really don't do it justice.

Articulation is another story...

You're not the only one. :hi5:

Of course, I'm not converting mine.
He's staying as Classic.

I think they did such an awesome job with the head sculpt on this that it's a shame to cover it up with a bio mask. It's nice to have 4 different looks out of the box though.

Closed mandible > battle damaged bio mask > open mandible > undamaged mask

I would put open mandible second if it wasn't for the inner seam on the left one. The right side is spot on.

Sorry you're disappointed bro. Not everyone here is like that. Come on guys. Respect what the guy likes. I know it doesn't look anything like the original but some people will like the more aggressive look with the bigger mandibles kinda like the cinemaquette P1. Just because you guys don't agree doesn't mean you should bash the dude.

Thanks for the kind words on my conversion everyone. Now to answer some questions on what I did.
All I did was add the bicep armor which I added a silver hint to match the Classic's armor and glued on the hose from the bicep armor to the bomb gauntlet.
Added the bone trophies from P1 and no bones were removed but I did tighten the line across the chest and spread the bones out a bit instead of letting them hang.
Did a lot of detailing on the bio using a detailed pen and added some shading but not too much. That's about it.
I thought about the blade gauntlet swap but I kinda like the new one with the metal blades. Also thought about the cannon swap but I really like the new shoulder cannon also, as inaccurate it is compared to the old one. I really like how sleeker the new parts look.

:exactly:Right on:goodpost:

I finally found a place in my collection for my old p1 figure. I had recently found the p1 to be dead to me because of classic especially after I converted my classic with his p1 accessories.

I think we all know the iconic crouch pose I was going for but unfortunately I can't argue that it does in deed come off that way. perhaps some tweaking is in order.
