PS3 Users: Warning

Someone reset the internal battery of the PS3 and was able to play online and offline again. Whether this will eventually be the advice that Sony gives us or not, I don't think it's worth it to try. Some people just can't wait. If it were to cause problems later on that would be pretty bad.

I played multi player on Uncharted 2 for about 4 hours yesterday, watched a movie and bam! Couldnt log on. Have an 80 gig 'fat' model......I noticed some of my themes were corrupted...two of the dynamic themes: GOW and Heavy Rain, so I was concerned. Did a back up to my external HDD, which I am now thinking wasnt smart, but unplugged it from my computer....but what a bummer. Hope this is temp

played MW2 online a lot over the weekend. Didnt notice any problems with gameplay, but did notice it saying I couldnt connect to PSN sometimes. I just ignored it and kept playing.

not sure what my trophy status is. I never look at them anyway.

I haven't turned on my PS scince I tuned it off at about 10:00pm
Sunday night, was playing AVP on line, no problems.
Should I turn it on or just leave it off until the problem is resolved?????

I know right! The world is being peopled with humans that can't spell and insert words where they don't need to be. It truely is a horrible world indeed.
