Wow! I haven't been following this thread at all lately. I didn't know pics were up and VIP orders already went through. Anyways, I'm also a bit disappointed in how Jules turned out. An easy pass for me on the full set for the cost and I hope I can still grab a H&C set to at least go with my Vincent. I'm glad I kept my customized Jules head as I still prefer how that turned out. Any mention when the H&C set will be up for sale? I'll try to go back a few pages to see if it was mentioned! This really just came up fast and just seems a bit rushed to me..!

This rush should come to a screeching halt. I'm going to have a hard time justifying supporting releases that don't feel worth it. I'm nearly at the end of my rope with Iminime (but I think that their upcoming stuff will make me a believer again), I hate to start to feel that way about The Man.

More time has to go into these things for them to come out perfect.

Did anyone else notice that Jules is listed at 30 sets and Vince was 35?... Typo? Only 30 Vincents were made? 5 Vinces out there will fly solo?

Ya noticed it too, I am going to assume typo cause that would make no sense if not.

PS: anyone noticed that Jules is 30 pcs only and not 35 like Vincent !

Whew! Thanks, bro! I remember seeing some posts on Facebook and a pic here and there on this thread, then all of a sudden it's available for sale? Jeez! I thought there would be some time to put some fan input into this project before going on sale as in previous offerings. I haven't been collecting RM's work as long as others on here, but I have been doing my best in the past 2 years to do some catching up on my favs! That being said, it seems to me these last two releases of Vince and Jules seemed a bit rushed. As others have said, Jules is too Asian looking, skin tone seems off or too shiny, and I'm not too impressed with the hair as much as I thought I would be.

Let's hope Bickle will get more love and time in getting him right. Also, I know my wallet could use a break lately! Whew..! Famcon next week too..! D-oh..!!!

I see a few freaks already letting their Vicent go so I guess many RM fans are dropping out of this release . so what does everyone think of the snyderman version compare to the RM crew? Boy , so want this guy but on the fence as well

I have my issues with the Rainman Vince head. Actually I have a lot of them, i dont see a lot of travolta in there, and the hair just looks too cartoony for me, like an anime.

But I just can't bring myself to get behind snydermans sculpts he's good at bringing out likeness but lacks realism and refinement.

I'd edge Rainman over Snyderman. Truth be told, IMO xenoviper's trumps both.

Well all complaints aside.......

I think it's stil the best Jules HS available

I will be getting a painted head again for sure to make a Jules to
go with my Vince. I should again, be able to make my own in the
$200 price range.

I've always been on the side of getting just the heads. I never thought
(with the exception of just a few) that the RM figures would be that
hard to make or bash on my own. Couldn't justify RM prices for
full figures from the get go. Even though, I could afford it, I
enjoy being more involved in the making of the actual figure.

But I do enjoy his sculpting style and I am excited about making a Jules figure with
Rainmans head.

But that's just me.

I've never met or talked to Rainman before, but I hope he can rework the sculpt and take several more weeks to sort this out. I don't know if this is an issue of pride, but I seriously hope he releases a Rainman quality work of art instead of rushing this guy out.

Haven't heard of Rainman ever going back to the drawing board after he puts his figure up for sale.

I could be wrong though.
