I totally agree that RM is entitled to make whatever he wants and anyone is entitled to ask him for what they want.

and to keep that going...you as a buyer are also entitled to not buy what doesn't satisfy you...you can be mad but in the end....make it a level playing field and just let your money do the talking and bargaining...its pointless to argue about the figure that was already made....i don't see RM opening it up to his customer base nor do i see him offering it up because it would surely piss his private client off if he sees he offered that same figure at a fraction of what he might have paid....

:lol Yogi, I gotta ask man, only because you sound like a pro. Do you own any Rainman figures? Not bought second hand
Please prove me wrong.

No, no. I'm afraid it does snake. It's very easy to comment when your not collecting his figures. Yogi must have not been properly informed that this isn't a Spectator sport.

TOYSNOBERY! lol new word.

TOYSNOBERY? Who's ever heard of TOYSNOBERY?:lol

I'm still curious as to how much coin Yogi has actually put in Rainmans pocket? The Merits of his supportive banter.

Yogi? You there?

WHETHER I own any "rainman" figures or not means absolutely nothing when it comes to assessing and evaluating snobbish behavior, entitled bratty acts and comments and irrational statements that are based on a desire to have something you can't.

That really has zero relevance whether you think it does or not Turbo. Just sayin.
Well put, Tim. Making observations based on what's gone on doesnt take a rocket science degree... and whether your in the "toy game," "art figure collecting" industry or any way you want to word it... means nothing when making observations.

It's also very easy to comment when I have been a customer way longer than you have... and I've been a VIP before people even knew about being a VIP and even way before you even became an "aficionado" 'round these parts. It's a spectator sport - it's art. Last time I checked... museums are open for everyone to come in and enjoy. So your making more statements that contradict many of your ideas and blueprints about this "game."

Is it art? Is it artistry? Does it not take a keen eye and even more of a certain level of taste to enjoy these for more than just toys? So... that's art. And last time I checked, you didn't own the Mona Lisa, nor any Gauguin originals... yet you are a spectator and can appreciate the beauty of those creations. No? Oh...

So to answer, yes... I do own Rainman pieces, many of them. To quote the lyrical genious, Biggie-Smalls: "And if you don't know... now you know...," or, if that isn't clear enough, "You better ask somebody!" 'cause your boy(s) know that I don't play in this game and have a extensive, highly diverse and very focused collection, with diversity and broad ranging taste. Oh... the ask somebody quote, yah... really, ask one of your boys.

TOYSNOBERY! lol new word.

Snobery, moreover... brattiness.

Oh -- Turbo... I own a Rainman commission. Ask your boy.
