Poltergeist remake - Fell asleep / 10 - Fell asleep after about 30 minutes. Couldn't make it through this one and would of shut it off regardless. I don't know what exactly turned me off, but it did. I skipped to the end before turning it off and the family is laughing and all that after all these events. Yeah, don't think anyone would be laughing and they would all be traumatized.

Suicide Squad - 5/10

Another one and done.

I remain interested to see the Wonder Woman movie but damn it has its work cut out to redeem the overwhelming meh of this DCCU so far.

I'm yet to see this one as well, not fussed.

MoS was on TV the other night, so I had it on in the background & watched it intermittently.

Still not a fan. :lol

DONT BREATHE. STEPHEN LANG is Amazing in this supense thriller. This is one of best movie's of 2016 Imo a 10 isn't hi enough score just flipping WoW at this one and will have you saying OMG many ,many times. A Absolute must see.

House of Wax - 4/10

I don't know... it just sort of rubbed me the wrong way. The guy with the paddleballs was the best part. :lol

And that's the best they've had to offer so far.
There are good things about it; Cavill as Kal, some of his personal moments with his mother & with Lois, his flying sequences, cinematography in places was nicely presented etc.

The rest was a fail for me - the biggest being Russ-El & M-Shan being cast as SoupaDad & Zoid. Amy Adams is a good actress, but she's no Lois Lane. The action is one outrageous video game cut scene after another - building in ridiculousness as each minute passes. Some of the dialogue is completely out of step with the tone of the film, the Pa Costner twister moment was wtf.. etc etc.

I don't think I need to ever watch it again to be honest.

NERVE. Dave Franco a quick date movie watching people do stupid dares live online for cash not too bad give a 4.

Lethal Weapon (1987) 7.4/10

They have the movies on Amazon Prime right now so I figured why not give this a watch.

The chemistry between Riggs and Murtaugh is what holds this Lethal Weapon together, but I guess you could say that about all the movies in the series. It was nice to revisit this one after not watching it for a few years. Mel Gibson still had a noticeable accent from his years in Australia. The plot is super duper thin and the action is OK but I think the only memorable action is the torture scene. I never noticed the anti-apartheid magnet on the fridge before. That made me laugh thinking about what happens in the second movie.

It's not really the same mansion is it? If so that's funny. I need to watch it again. I watched a bit of Part 2 a couple months back and would like to revisit the first two films in their entirety. They were action favorites of mine for many years and I'm curious to see how they still hold up.
