I loved RE4 but I'm not going to lie, seeing the video of what it was before it had the major transformation is something I would have much rather had as the final product.

Perosnally, I thought Mr.Big (RE2) was far more terrifying than anything in RE4 and he was like in the game for probably 7 minutes worth.

As for RE5...

Lol, I have no clue why I called him Mr.Big...maybe I had King of Fighters on the mind. Yeah, Mr.X/Tyrant.

I wish they would of released RE4.5 cause the whole mansion thing looked pretty good. Also remember there being a part of the game where leon fights off a bunch of little doll's and such. Resident Evil 1.5 would of been nice to have played as well, but they have long since trashed all those files as well as 4.5's files.

Then again if 1.5 came out then there would of been no Claire, but the other areas would of been nice though.

Thanks BXCOLEKTA, With the game a couple of months away I just renamed this the Resident Evil 5 thread that way we can go to one place to get our RE5 info.

Are these gonna be the same on the 360 and PS3. I need to figure out which one I want to pick it up on.

Same here. I've actually already tried both the PS3 and 360 versions of the game (at Capcom's recent RE5 and Bionic Commando event in San Francisco), so the demo isn't really a big deal to me.

However, to be honest, ever since the RE remake on Gamecube I associated the RE series on a Nintendo system. The Gamecube got (arguably) the best Resident Evil games in the series. It was only until RE4 was ported that the PS2 finally got a decent, new RE game (the ports of the older games, such as Code Veronica, don't count). Barring RE4, the only modern RE game that PS2 got were the crappy Outbreak series.

So for me, it's going to be weird playing an RE on anything but a Gamecube controller.
