So far, it looks like that demo is Japan only. No plans to release it overseas have been announced. If they do, it will likely be around the holidays, after the fact.

Okay wait, am I reading that right? The initial demo is being released to the general public tomorrow? Oh my god, seriously? Seriously?! What then was the point of even having the damn demo code for the PS3 version of Dragon's Dogma? Good grief, people are ****ing retarded. One day... ONE DAMN DAY'S difference. Well, I'll never trust a Capcom promotional code for a demo ever again. They're lucky I love their games and Dragon's Dogma was worth buying even if it didn't have the code, which it may as well not have had now. If it wasn't for my preference of the PS3 over the 360, I would've gotten the Xbox version of DD and played the demo months ago. -.-

Then what is this crap about a demo being made available tomorrow? The release date for the "exclusive" Dragon's Dogma demo on PS3 is labeled as the 4th of September. It's on the back of the manual and everything.

You'd need a copy of the game anyway to play it. Can't play the demo without a Dragon's Dogma disc.

Yeah, this demo fiasco is starting to wear thin. I thought their handling of fighting game content and dlc for certain other games was piss poor. Not to mention the various different releases of a game, outside of Street Fighter, which they've always milked.
Still, Dragon's Dogma dlc takes the cake though, wow. Nothing they've done holds a candle to it, from my experience. Most, if not all, of the DD dlc is useless if you've already beaten the game once through.
