Visual and scale wise it already won.

That shot of the death star eclipse of the sun.

That shot of the Star Destroyer over the mountain making no sense how it's remaining in the air.

That shot of the quad wing shuttle that was never to be seen again in any of the sequels.

That stare by that Grand Admiral Thrawn rip off.

I'm strictly going to see this for the visuals. Could care less about Star Wars characters outside of OT anyway.

I really want it to end with this.

That would be a great way to work in those deleted scenes.

I laugh at the people complaining about the 2 seconds of Vader in the trailer. Did they honest expect Lucasfilm to blow one of their biggest money shots on an a trailer? :

No way, thats what WB/DC does! That and market the movie with stuff that never ends up in the finished film.

He also needs to look exactly as he did in Ep IV.

This trailer finally had me excited for RO. The first teaser did nothing for me and I thought the visuals were horribly flat and uninspiring in that one.

But wow, they really raised the bar with this one, especially that night shot of the x-wing flying through that canyon looking thing.

Either she dies or is missing, like I said never mentioned again in the OT or TFA. Even if they didn't have her name developed yet, no mention of a character resembling her at all in any film

I don't think they'll be ballsy enough to kill their main character from this film. Probably the only reason they killed Han Solo is because Ford insisted. Damn you Harrison

That's George's fault. Should have gone to a sequel trilogy instead of Prequels. Then again, he probably would have irreperably damaged the OT characters had he done that.

Although I'm not sure Ford would have signed on if GL was helming it.

Like I said there is option 2 , she is missing

To insert her in the SW universe with no mention of her in any of the films makes absolutely no sense since she is supposed to be the past

So it makes more sense she dies
