Do you really want the further adventures of 80 year old Han Solo? I mean, the character needs a rest eventually.

Ford was ready to pull the plug on Solo at ROTJ so Han in another 3 films alive was not meant to be

Like I said there is option 2 , she is missing

To insert her in the SW universe with no mention of her in any of the films makes absolutely no sense since she is supposed to be the past

So it makes more sense she dies

I don't think they'll be ballsy enough to kill their main character from this film. Probably the only reason they killed Han Solo is because Ford insisted. Damn you Harrison

Agreed- no way Disney will allow that. Maybe Edwards did in the original cut and Disney thought- "time for reshoots!"

I'm not disagreeing in the least, I just don't see any use for her in the future, unless she ties in with Rey somehow or Jyn became a Jedi .

But we'll just have to see how she impacts this film

I laugh at the people complaining about the 2 seconds of Vader in the trailer. Did they honest expect Lucasfilm to blow one of their biggest money shots on an a trailer? :

Rumour is they are going to explain where those dragon bones in a new hope, the ones at the start in the desert? Where they came from.
Something that's always bothered me. Why did the dragon die there, in that exact spot?
I love post rationalisation it makes everything so comfy.
