For GT enoguh Goku Ssj4, Vegeta Ssj4, Gogeta Ssj4, Super-17 and Omega-Shenlong. Just 5, and maybe all dragons (4 star i think will be obliged). But I would not get it.

The promotional art for Dragon Ball Super, even though it hasn't aired, hasn't shown anything new for Tamashii to immediately jump on. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see Tamashii release the recent Mexico/SDCC Exclusive Goku as their first "Super" figure.

Collectors, or maybe just me, would be absolutely livid if Tamashii finally made a Trunks and Goten figure but used Super attires.

Vegeta and Piccolo haven't changed. (I could go for a new Piccolo release with more face options.)

I'd join you in frustration if they did that. For a first release of those two, they gotta be in their regular attire. The DBS ones can come later. I'm sure Tamashii has the scoop on DBS so they've probably already got prototypes or at least figures in the works for the new series. I doubt we'll see any DBS stuff at SDCC especially since by that time, the show would barely be on the air. I wouldn't count out seeing Whis though if we count that as DBS (which I wouldn't).

Nuova's mold could be used three times. He's a perfect fit for Tamshii.

Super Saiyan 4 Goku was always going to be released after the two absorbed Super Buu figures but Resurrection F threw a wrench into the original release plan. The two absorbed Super Buu figures being shown recently indicates that Tamashii still has plans for those releases and Super Saiyan 4 Goku had a "pending licensor approval" on its name tag the last time it was shown.

If anyone was offended by my comments I apologize, that was not my intention.

In the images I retouch are my desires about the figure in question but therein lies my rebellious and nonconformist part.

I will never consider me as someone possessed of the absolute right and I appreciate your observations more than you imagine.

Many have already know that my primary language is not English, if I ever have written something incorrectly is due to my lack of practice.

I consider myself an Orbital Frame but at the end of the day I'm just a human being with more defects than virtues.

Best regards.

Oh no, of course not Orbital! I for one love to see your retouches and what you think things should look like! They are always amazing ;)
I was simply getting frustrated at the sheer volume of complaints getting posted on every page, its all good :)

People on this board value what you do for us. Don't let others' opinions make you second guess yourself. We all have opinions. Nice little squishy insignificant opinions. And most of us should keep them to ourselves. What you do is art. Keep it up.

I echo what everyone has already said, Orbital, you're a valued member of our DBZ Figuarts community here and everyone especially appreciates your retouches, not just here but the Dragon Ball Z Figuarts Collection Community AS A WHOLE. I've seen your work pop up everywhere and everyone has nothing but positivity about it. In other words, please keep doing what you're doing! They are YOUR images and YOUR thoughts just as much as the typed words on a screen. :clap

We all might agree and disagree, but let's at least all do it in a civil manner. I'm not perfect either but we appreciate everyone's input as long as it is done in the right way. This is perhaps one of the most mature DBZ Figuarts discussion areas on the 'net, let's keep it that way.

Orbital I haven't really caught onto what people might have been upset with you about but as far as I'm concerned you deliver great content to the thread!

I cant agree more with these guys Orbital, We love all the info u provide us. So dont stop bro. I can also say I've seen ur pics, specially on Instagram and ive always given u credit for those pics when I notice they dont know who they are from.

Not necessarily just a GT line, some of us are still expecting other prototypes to be shown, since if they dont it will be first time since they started going to SDCC that we wont see some "never before seen" figures. Its not their style. Even last year we still seen a couple, like Vegetto I believe.

I'll have to disagree bud, last year and the year before that if i believe they didnt show anything new :(. I know for a fact they didnt show anything last year, vegetto was already shown before that

I thought Vegito was revealed but with the messed up face?

They simply lost/misplaced the SSj4 mold in their factory somewhere just like one loses their cellphone from time to time so that's why we haven't seen it lately

Ah that must be it. SSJ Goku and Nappa are just stuck between the couch cushions...

Sort of. He was announced at Japan Expo first but his proto was first shown at SDCC.

Continuity doesn't mean **** to Tamashii. They know how well Broly sold, they're not bound to continuity like some collectors. They took fan polls for a reason and they know what the majority of collectors want.

The only reason I say that is because from all the material we've seen it looks like DBS will cut directly into GT's timeline. Now, I know that GT is not canon and it never was, but toei will probably want people to focus on the continuity of the upcoming Super. It's kind of like now that the new Fantastic Four film is coming out Fox is pulling the old Fantastic Four movies out of digital stores and off shelves to avoid confusion. Product usually reflects media. I just doubt we'd see new figures which contradict the new continuity. Toei might think it's too confusing for new fans.

Do I hope they produce ssj4 Goku? Yeah, why not? But I'm not holding my breath.

Wolvie, you were there, how did you not realize [emoji14] Vegetto was last year with the new 17 and 18 sculpts (or was that 2013?) and before that was Krillin and old 18 iirc.

Or SSJ4 got Nappa'd prematurely :lol

It's always a sad day, when a DBZ figure gets Nappa'd....

Will we see new stuff at SDCC? I'd wager a resounding yes. I think we can safely say SDCC is the largest convention for geekdom in the U.S. The Dragon Ball franchise is VERY popular here as well so Tamashii would be fools to not blow us away at such a large scale event. They've already shown so much at other shows but only for 2015. We've seen nothing for 2016 outside of Trunks. SDCC is the stage to unveil their fantastic plans. I'm sticking by my gut with SSJ4 and a GT line. Nappa and probably a bunch of Buu and Namek stuff have a good chance of appearing as well. This on top of the stuff already revealed. They're hitting this line with full force so I expect nothing less from SDCC.

We wont see anything "NEW" at sdcc

We may see updates like revised prototypes...God knows what they could reveal at this point to blow us all away.

Well, I can hope [emoji14]

All im saying is they usually keep at least one new prototype to show off, thats all I ask.

I don't believe that matters in this situation. I can't imagine a company like Toei would ignore, or even eliminate, a target market just to support another one. They can accomplish both at the same time because the GT line is still profitable for Toei. It would be different if there was no interest in the GT line from fans/collectors.
