Not bad at all. 8k less than the old statue which is a lot when you think about it. Hopefully, this will help calm those that had some kind of fear with this statue.

It's not that bad . It would be the same total size if they made a normal + exclusive edition. Usually it's a 500ex+1000.

If the ES was 500 we just would have gotten an international edition of 1000 eventually so the total would still be the same.

Although I do find it odd that it was listed as Limited Edition and then an actual edition size was posted. I assumed it would just be an open limited edition like the Stormtrooper PF.

That plus the Hobbit movie coming out soon.

Either way, I think I'm still waiting to see in hand pics of the paint on this guy before I bite.

Same. I really would enjoy a Sauron on my shelves, but for 900$ this thing has to be perfect.

The lava on my barad dur is terrible. If they do the same painting job on the base and for the reflection effect it will ruin the statue for sure.
