I'll try to post pics tonight.

Josh, did you read my post on the barad dur tread? Do you have a missing spike like I have on your right tiny tower? Maybe it's supposed to be like this?

Cool! I'm curious.

I did. I don't think so but I didn't look really close after I saw the pic the other day. I'll double check tonight.

Umd and ahd over this for a couple of months, took the plunge and PO'd. Abit worried about the orange paint but apart from that he looks amazing!

I want this piece so bad but I’m waiting it out.

:exactly: I really want to flex this guy... but the paint can be a killer and I don't want to be out of the NRD + flex deposit if it sucks.

Regular saving is easier, but it still hurts to drop 900$ at once :lol

No rush :) Although I do wonder what Sideshow's point is in setting release date months early. I don't think I have ever gotten anything in the month it was initially dated for :lol

Things are always pushed back. They used to do it like they do now listing a month, then they went to just what quarter, then like I said now where they most list the month. A lot of it is because collectors have moaned about all options so they just bounce back and forth. :lol

I'm really glad this is set back, gives me more time to think about it cause I was prolly going to have to choose between this or RWOS.

Phew gives me more time to save for it. So when the in hand pics come and if I like I can get it.

They might as well give people a 12 month flex pay plan.

I wish ss would let us create a credit account where we can just deposit funds to keep available for items on release instead pf being tied to a flex item

Personally, I love that the Flex system has gotten a little friendlier and, well, flexible. But it bugs me that the closer you get to an item's release date, the shorter the FlexPay options get. For instance, the Dark Rider of Mordor Ringwraith PF started out with a maximum six month payment plan. But now, because we're three months out from the release date, it's down to a maximum three month payment plan. I know they're trying to make sure product doesn't sit forever in the warehouse, but this policy might actually have the opposite effect. The bigger, more expensive items just aren't quite as likely to get bought without a long-ish Flex plan. My two cents anyway.

I agree with you both. Anyhow, what upsets me is the fact that I have to pay a 20% NRD. I might pre-order after christmas. Just broke right now. Spent 1k on the wife as Christmas is also her birthday and furthermore she turns 30 this year and is a new mother. Throw in gift for parents and other family members and bleh....

Elements of flexi-payment have gotten worse IMO. The number of flexi payment options reduces closer you get to shipping.

Then you have situations like Black Widow which should have shipped in August, those of us who have her on flexi have already paid the majority of her off and have been left waiting six months with no emails of apology for the delay just changes to the product page. We rely on fellow members to keep us updated.
