After in hand pics start showing up This will kick butt!...Just like the DROM...lots of orders came after in hand pics...I dont know if it will sell out so fast with ES of 1500...I wish it had an ES of 1000, 750 or 500

I dig SW and Marvel but factoring in my bias I'd say Midle-earth > SW/Marvel.

2469 pieces.................................................................................If it was a Lego set

I think it'll be standard PF packaging since it is only classified as a PF. So far only the legendary scale figures have gotten special treatment.

I was always planning on getting him, so I convinced myself to stop hesitating and just do it. Flexpay also helped an awful lot.

So anyway, i'm excited to join the Sauron club!
He will be here January. A bit of a wait, but i'm sure it will be well worth it.

How many pieces do you guys predict Sauron will come in?

I think the box will be standard. Probably like the DROM box, 2 parts, one for the base the other for the figure. The Legendary scale pieces warrant just a little bit extra IMO.

I think it might actually be a one piece job with the hand being a magnet. I can't see how they could divide him up apart from possibly the helm?
