I heard that the early flex pay dates changed to the 10th and 15th get this first from the first shipments that come in Sept. and that a second shipment will come in soon after that to cover the rest of the flexes and the non-flexes

Yeah, I could see some kind of split shipment. Though that is usually said in the processing emails.
