Re: Sauron Legendary Scale Figure
Pretty sure I'll buy this one.
Pretty sure I'll buy this one.
Nice, will look great beside the RWOS.
I really hope it's not too thin like the older Sideshow/WETA piece...
Looks great! What they show in the video though looks way too big to be a pf. Hopefully they will have this at comic-con.
Sauron is huge, remember him towering over everyone, and this looks like it is in scale with the rest of the PF line.
I remember. I wouldn't be surprised if this is still at the very least 1k dollars. This will not be in the norms of a regular pf.
I wouldn't go busting out the champagne yet. Just because a production video has PF in the title doesn't mean a whole lot. Proof reading doesn't always seem to be Sideshow's best attribute - just look at all the errors that have occured with the info in the production peeks before a pre-order. Sauron has been classified as an LSF in a couple other places.
Believe me, I'm hoping this comes in as a PF. I'm just not betting on it.
If it's a PF though, what's the scale? 1/4?
IF it's that scale, it's still going to be huge. Doesn't matter what they label it, it's going to be expensive because of ths size.
It had been labeled as a LSF before, but I think that's why they pulled this video they had up from last week. It said LSF then, now a pf. SS finally came to their senses . Too bad we prolly won't see this at SDCC though. Looks like the sculpt is barely done. Hopefully the ex is switch out sword and mace.
But it does make a huge difference if it's labeled a LSF or not cause all LSF's are $2k. Even as a pf, this will for sure be $1k-1200, but that's better then 2k. It will be as tall as the RWOS, but is so much more detailed. This is 1/4 scale like the rest of the line. RWOS, WK and Sauron pfs all lined up
Right which is why I think it will fall under the lsf category in the end.
Not really because PF means there will be an ES.
I will be surprised if this will be priced over $1k, why would this be more than DROM PF?
