Just finished another statue for Fran. (I put more brown in it before after taking this photo.) Cross another project off of my list. Off to the post office I go to mail it!

Also is one of the latest pictures of my wagon. It is still a work in progress. It differs from the ape wagons of the past. This one has the horse poles mounted to it, metal like trim mounted along the edges of the wagon (look closley, it's not painted as of yet), along with a whip and knife mounted to the front.

That will always make a great diorama piece for the Apes. Looks right off of the Movie and I will allways droool over it.

Good golly it is so wonderful to see that wagon again. How beautiful it is, and what a wonderful prop that would make! Someday I'm going to make myself one....just have to find the time.

Today I'm going to study a little bit for finals on 5/19, and treat myself by working on my wig...FINALLY! It has been 3 weeks since I have been able to work on it. Time is running short.

I think I'm going to use latex and hair for the sideburns of my costume. I'm going to use latex to glue down the hair onto some lace. That will go quicker than tying it down.

Look how screen accurate that green tunic is. They even have it sculpted so that the green material is "sewn" on top of the leather. I think it is hard to sew the actual costume like that.

Fozzy, can you please take upclose and in your face shots of his eyes? When I look at him I want to see into his soul.

I've been hairing up the lace for a few hours now. Had to stop because my neck was killing me. I think I can finish this part of the wig in one more week. Then have to work on the sideburns.

Yesssss!! Always thought that was freaky. Of course, you never see them smooching. Wonder if that's why Cornelius was just standing there watching Dr. Milo die as he got choked by that stoopid gorilla. I have the perfect screenshot of this...I think it's at work though.

I've been ripping out walls in my basement and in my living room. House renovations are very draining, both physically, and financially.
