Here's my entire (but tiny) IM collection...

There is a real "less is more" quality to this I can appreciate. It also has a classic comic book feel I can appreciate too. The only Iron Man I "have" is the die cast Mark III on preorder. I can't wait till it ships. I was thinking of just getting one for the sake of simplicity. (I have the Rami Spiderman, X-Men 3 Wolverine and AOU Captain America that I thought a classic Iron Man would compliment.) But, I really do like this set up by Starfleet Captain and I like the Silver Centurion armor a lot too. I don't know if those HOA display cases are hard to get now or not but if I did a set up like this I might put my Mark III in front and then get a Silver Centurion and some other figure (Mark 43? War Machine?) in 2 HOA display cases behind him similar to this set up.

I don't know if anyone else appreciates the "less is more" quality, it's hard to keep when there are so many great figures that are tempting to collect. As I look through this thread I see some AMAZING collections. Thank you everyone who has shared. I know it is a matter of personal preference, but one thing I notice about collections as they grow (I have 7 1/6 Star Wars figures, Indian Jones, Reeve Superman, Keaton Batman, and the Marvel ones I mentioned already) is that sometimes the more you get the more individual figures kind of just disappear into the group. I try to compensate for this by not grouping too many together and also placing other items like books, movies, and other things in between to break up how the eye takes them in. I don't have much more space to be able to get many more and maintain this balance. Anyway, I was just curious if any other collectors here fight to keep things simpler, though I am sure most of us here have given in to temptation and bought more than we first intended. I know I already have, but I have given up all hope in trying to maintain some level of simplicity as subjective as that may be.

Anyway, great job Starfleet Captain on your "entire (but tiny) IM collection"! It looks fantastic!:clap

If MkVI or VII are ever re-released, I'd consider doing a "less is more" look with my MkIII, and keep my 43 posed with the rest of the Avengers... I don't intend to double up MCU characters, but I like the idea of having MkIII displayed with one of the upgrades from the IM2/Avengers era...

Very impressive! :clap

I like how you posed your Falcon and displayed some of the boxes. I actually have some of the same figures of mine in near identical poses as what you do. AoU Cap and MoS for instance. :hi5:

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks SilverStar :) :hi5: :1-1:

Great collection and very nicely displayed :clap

Thanks :) :hi5:

Great collection Angel. :hi5: Really like the Falcon display and the boxes behind him, very cool.

Thanks Jedi! I like having the boxes displayed cuz they really are works of art!

:hi5:

Awesome pics DA!

Thank you Mr. Stark :)

Nice set up, DA. Need to catch up on your reviews.

Thanks Nuka :hi5:
