Thank you guys so much! I am so happy finally being able to enjoy the car! I highly recommend the switch to Holley efi vs a carb, really increased overall drivability

Yah, great looking ride. I was going to ask about the efi, I'm planing on doing that at some point. Need to tame my motor for the street.

Yeah you really cannot believe the difference in overall driveability and throttle response. You can run an inline electric fuel pump but if you can afford to go with an intank pump it will ensure the pump lasts a long time. I used an aeromotive stealth fuel cell, but they make replacement tanks that have the pumps installed in them with all the needed sump areas to keep the pump covered. You may find a stock modern fuel tank that could work for your application too, just not sure on mopars which donor car to suggest.

Greatlakes! Love that 70!

The noise reduction alone on the stealth fuel cell would be worth it, electric fuel pump is noisy now matter where you put it. Makes perfect sense to have it in the fuel cell to push instead of pull. I'll remember to look into that once I get to that point, thanks. Congrats on completing your ride, enjoy it!

I wish I had a classic muscle car, that's my next goal. For now, I have this, which drains my wallet just as much as this hobby.

Sweet, I had a 1969 Roadrunner 383, air Grabber, 4-spd. It was red with the black hood stripes. I loved that car.

:duff

Mines also a '69. 383 auto (bronze with a white bench) but will switch out to a 5 or 6 speed hopefully by Q1 next year.

This is where all the $'s are at right now.

Not buying to many figure/statues because I want to get this done.

If I can only afford one hobby this one takes priority, :lol

I really wish I still had mine. Sold it around 1994 for $3K. [emoji26]

BTW, if you want to see Mopar royalty, I got a tour of Wade Ogle's private collection earlier this year. These are all super low mile, real deal, matching number, top notch cars. Including '70 Hemi Challenger Convertible, '71 Hemi Challenger Convertible, '70 Hemi Cuda Convertible, '71 Hemi Cuda Convertible, etc.

Sweet FJ Cruiser, I really like the color too, to bad they stopped making them, they looked badass and gave the Wrangler some competition!
