If he's coming in December, it looks like it'll be the end of the month. He's not listed in the Coming Soon section of the newsletter this week. Catwoman and Poison Ivy PF's are also due in December, and they're on the list.

No, that just looks like bad scaling in their composite.

But it's raw (buffed of course) metal as opposed to flat silver paint. For all the complaining we've had about 3PO's price, I personally wouldn't have minded R2's price having been bumped $10 to $15 for the inclusion of a real metal dome. The metallic illusion on 3PO is much better, even if it doesn't match the movies.

I still can't believe how much you get for the price.

Kind of feels like R2 was value priced in order to get people to over pay for C-3PO... If you average the two it's like $190 a figure

Cool, that's a sweet feature

It's definitely a nice touch (no pun intended) especially if you have the figure out. But if it's behind glass, then not so much. I really just hope the switching is static and that it comes back to the same state when power is remove and re-applied. That will enable external switching so that he can turn on/off with other lighting in the display. I'd hate to have to rewire the figure. Same goes for the table actually as I really want to have my battery eliminators working for these as soon as they come out.
