Yep, I tried several times. I contacted support via Live Chat in the end and she said there is a glitch in the system and some US people are affected too. She put the order through for me so I'm all set

You guys know it cost hot toys nothing to produce each figure in comparison to what they sell for right? Who cares about the accessories. It all pieces of plastic. They cost so much cause of the hype. I guess im not surprised by sideshows greed, but to be competitive even just a bit. Its too expensive.

A lot more goes into the costs of producing a figure than actual factory production costs. R&D, sourcing of materials, licensing rights, lawyers, secretaries, translators for foreign partners, marketing, Chan's private planes, all these costs are factored in.

Very true. But with all that accounted for accessories alone dont make it 40 more dollars. Those things are all recycled plastics they buy in bulk and melt down and reshape for mere pennies.
